Jesse Hawthorne Ficks

This Maniac is the Film History Coordinator at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and curates/hosts the Midnites for Maniacs series at the Castro Movie Theatre. He began writing film festivals reviews for the San Francisco Bay Guardian and Film Arts Foundation Magazine (Release Print) and currently contributes to Fandor, EatDrinkFilms and 48Hills.

It's also rumored he is the stunt double for Peter Sarsgaard.
